Getting back into a regular update schedule while in the midst of moving has proven a bit more tricky than I thought, but hopefully everything will stay on track now.\u00a0 So let’s get on with this week’s post.<\/p>\n

A cat?\u00a0 Yep, one of the main characters in Aurora\u2019s Nightmare is a cat.\u00a0 And a nameless one at that.\u00a0 Here\u2019s its original profile.<\/p>\n

The Cat
\n<\/strong>Gender: Unknown
\nAge: Unknown (an adult cat, not a kitten)
\nBuild: Average House Cat (lean and fit)
\nFur: Jet Black
\nEyes: Green (piercing)
\nClothing: None
\nAdditional Notes (Appearance): Looks a little ragged (it\u2019s been living on the streets).\u00a0 Generally \u00a0 appears to be calm but alert.
\nCharacter Summary: A black cat that fearlessly launched itself at the nightmare attacking Ars and Tia.<\/p>\n

I cut the character summary rather short to avoid spoilers.\u00a0 For now, you\u2019ll have to take my word for it when I say that the cat\u2019s purpose isn\u2019t to provide Aurora\u2019s Nightmare with a cute mascot character.\u00a0 It actually plays a very critical role in the plot but I can\u2019t say more without serious spoilers so you\u2019ll just have to wait and play the game to learn more.<\/p>\n
